A Hands-On Approach to Building Global Partnerships
One of our proudest initiatives has been hosting international trainees, mostly from Japan, right here in our office. While secondments typically send attorneys out, we flip the script: clients send team members in. In 2024 alone, we welcomed 14 trainees!
The program is a unique way to build strong cross-cultural relationships, work side-by-side on real matters, and give trainees valuable insight into U.S. practice and life. With our new office space (opening in Summer 2025), we’re excited to keep the program growing and remain a top destination for international trainees.
